Fit mini pancakes with fruit
ingredients
1 pcs banana 1 tbsp oat flour or ground oatmeal 1 pcs egg coconut oil for baking

No sugar or wheat flour.

Smash the banana well with a fork, add the egg, flour and a pinch of baking powder. Mix everything together, then spoon the mixture into a warmed pan with a little coconut oil.

Bake the small rounds until golden on both sides in a little coconut oil. Place the fruit on top and serve.
