This is an easy treat for kids and adults alike. What you sweeten the dessert with is up to you, you can get the protein from cottage cheese or add flavoured vanilla protein, plus there is minimal fat in this dessert. Strawberries or other fresh fruit will complement it perfectly.

Let the gelatine swell in the milk. Sweeten the cottage cheese to taste, add vanilla essence and protein if desired.

Divide the biscuits so that they come out evenly on 3 palates and choose a mould or plastic tray to line with foil accordingly. Place the first layer of bebe biscuits on the bottom.

Heat the gelatin to dissolve and stir into the cottage cheese. Place a layer of cottage cheese on top of the biscuit layer, another layer of biscuits, a second layer of cottage cheese, and a final layer of biscuits.

Set aside to harden in the refrigerator. Slice the finished dessert and serve with fresh strawberries.
