You’ll need just three ingredients and the basic skewers for this quick, fantastic spread with balanced nutritional values.
1.
Place the chopped onion, cottage cheese, and the flesh of a ripe avocado in a bowl and mash everything together with a fork until it’s smooth.
2.
Flavour the spread with worcestershire, lemon juice, chopped parsley (optional), a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3.
Serve on hot toasted wholemeal bread and fresh Vegetable Recipes.
