A low-calorie, completely flour-free treat for a tasty breakfast or sweet dinner.
1.
In a bowl, mash ripe bananas, stir in whole eggs and cinnamon.
2.
Fry small pancakes on both sides in a drop of oil (butter).
3.
Mix the yoghurt with honey and pour it over the fried pancakes.
4.
You can also add some fresh fruit – for example blueberries.
