Fisherman’s soup

ingredients

1000 g sturgeon 100 g butter 200 g carrots 150 g onions 300 g potatoes 1 pk lemon to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little parsley

step

1. Fry the chopped carrots and onions in butter, pour water, add the potatoes cut into small cubes, salt, pepper and let it cook. 2. Then add the sturgeon, skinned and gristle removed. Cook over a low heat for 15 min. 3. Add lemon juice and finely chopped green parsley to the finished soup.
