Fish with roasted peppers

ingredients

600 g St Peter’s fish 5 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp sea salt 800 g coloured peppers 2 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic 1 bunch chives 1/2 pk carrots

procedure

1. Wash the fish, season with salt, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 2. Wash the peppers and cut them into strips together with the carrots. Drizzle them with olive oil and pile them on top of the fish. Top with the chives and place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
