Fish with cream sauce and mushrooms

g fish 2 dl cream 2 tbsp fat 2 handfuls sliced mushrooms 1 pk chopped small onion 1 tbsp parsley 1 pk lemon juice

Salt the prepared fish and sprinkle with lemon. Melt the butter in a pan, put the fish in, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the stewed fish with a spatula and keep warm.

Add chopped onion, mushrooms, parsley to the oil base, season with spices and simmer until tender. Finally, add sour cream and boil. Pour the cream sauce over the stewed fish on the plate.
