Fish under potatoes

ingredients

1 pk white fish 3 cloves garlic 1 bunch parsley 8 tbsp oil 500 g potatoes 3 tbsp grated hard cheese 1 tbsp breadcrumbs to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

1. In a bowl, mix the oil with the crushed garlic and chopped parsley. 2. Peel the cooked potatoes and press through a sieve. Grease a baking dish with a little oil and place half of the potato mixture on the bottom. Season with salt and drizzle with the prepared seasoned oil. 3. Cut the fish into smaller pieces, season it with salt and pepper and spread it on the potatoes. Place the remaining potato mixture on top, pour the remaining seasoned oil over it, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs and put it in the oven to bake. Bake at 170°C for approximately 45 minutes.
