Fish spread from mackerel
ingredients
1 can mackerel 3 pcs hard-boiled egg 50 g butter 1 pcs capers 1 pcs onion a little hot pepper a little lemon juice to taste salt
procedure
1.
Mix the softened butter with salt. Progressively add finely chopped eggs, cleaned and finely chopped mackerel meat and lemon juice.

Beat well and stir in the finely diced capers, finely chopped hot pepper and onion. Serve with bread.
