500 g fish 1 pk onion 4 pk whole black pepper 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 20 g lard 30 g plain flour 2 dl cream 1 pk egg yolk to taste salt
procedure
1. Place the cleaned fish and onion in cold water, season with salt and whole pepper and cook for 20 minutes. 2. Separately cook the chopped Vegetable Recipes, mix with the roux prepared from lard and flour, add the strained fish stock and the chopped fish. Finally, stir in the cream in which the egg yolk has been whisked.
