Fish soup from the Mediterranean
ingredients
200 g shrimps 400 g tilapia pcs butter pcs lemon juice 1 dl white wine 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried chilli 2 pcs carrots 3 pcs potato 1 can peeled and sliced tomatoes 3 cloves garlic 1 pcs onion 5 stalks stalked celery pcs salt pcs black pepper 2 litres fish stock

You can use whatever fish you have available and the soup will taste brilliant.
1. Sauté the cleaned prawns and tilapia in butter. 2. Add the prawns and tilapia to the slow cooker. 3. Add lemon juice, white wine, dried thyme, dried chili, tomatoes to the fish. 4. Next, clean and chop all the Vegetable Recipes. 5. Add the obvious carrots, garlic, onion and celery stalk to the slow cooker. Rinse the potatoes only, do not peel. Cut into quarters and add to soup. 6. Season with salt and black pepper. 7. Pour over the fish stock. 8. Cook the whole thing in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
