1. Remove the fish meat from the skin and remove the bones, pieces of meat where there are smaller cubes, such as tail meat, boil for 5 minutes and then grind in a food processor, grind the other raw meat
2. Mix the fish meat with the ground belly and the clutch – beef wash, add all the spices, crushed garlic, eggs, pour boiled water and knead and mix everything thoroughly
3. Let the mixture rest for at least 8 hours, the next day fill it with sausage stuffing for pork intestines (they can usually be bought in good butcher shops)
