Fish salad with mango

400 g pangasius fillets 2 pcs mango 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp fresh herbs 1 pcs lime 1 pcs shallot 200 g feta cheese a little olive oil 1 pinch of chilli pepper
step
1. In a frying pan in hot oil, fry the fish on both sides with the pressed garlic and chilli. Finally, season it with lime juice. 2. In a bowl, mix the diced mango, sliced shallots, crumbled Feta cheese, freshly chopped herbs and the baked fish pieces torn into smaller pieces. 3. Serve the salad either as tacos or with toasted baguettes.
