500 g fish 800 g head cabbage 30 g salt 1 pk lemon 200 g mayonnaise 1 dl sour cream

1. 2. Salt the finely chopped cabbage and leave to stand. Squeeze the water out of the cabbage. 3. Add the fish, lemon juice and mayonnaise to the cabbage, add sour cream, salt, mix and serve.
