400 g fish fillets 120 g mayonnaise 1 pk onion 1 dl sour cream 50 g sour cucumber to taste vinegar to taste salt a little ground black pepper
procedure
1. Crumble the smoked fillets, add mayonnaise mixed with cream, grated onion, chopped cucumber, black pepper, salt, vinegar and mix together. 2. Serve with bread or rolls.
