Fish risotto and soup
ingredients
400 g cod 1 cup round grain rice 450 g frozen Vegetable Recipes 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot 1 tsp salt
step
1. Chop the onion and carrot finely, fry in a little oil. Cut the semi-frozen cod into large cubes and add to the Vegetable Recipes. Pour a litre of water over them. Season with salt. 2. Stew the frozen Vegetable Recipes and cook the rice. 3. Remove 3/4 of the fish from the soup. Crumble 1/4 of the fish with a spoon. The soup is ready 🙂 4. Add the fish and rice to the Vegetable Recipes and mix well. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The risotto is ready 🙂
