Fish patties II.

Fish Cakes, a recipe from English cuisine for pancakes coated in beaten egg whites and breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

500 g cooked fish 250 g cooked potatoes ./td> 2 pcs of egg breadcrumbs petrželka butter pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Grind the fish meat and mix it with pre-cooked and grated potatoes
