Fish on white wine

ingredients

2 cans of fish in its own juice 5 dl white wine 200 g fresh mushrooms 50 g plain flour 2 pcs egg 150 g butter to taste salt

procedure

1. Tip the fish out of the tin into a saucepan, add the cooked mushrooms, cut into pieces, pour in the white wine and heat covered for 5-6 min. 2. Put the fish decoction on the fire and when it starts to boil, add the flour, mixed in 1/4 batch of butter. Simmer for 3-5 min, stirring constantly to ensure the sauce is well combined. Remove from the stove, add the egg yolks, whisk in another 2/4 batch of butter, stir, season with salt and strain. 3. Pour this sauce over the fish. Boiled potatoes may be served as a side dish.
