Fish on garlic

800 g carp 4 garlic cloves bacon ground black pepper parsley oil for frying salt

1. Cut the fish into 4 portions, pat dry, top with the bacon and garlic pieces and fry slowly on both sides in the heated oil. Remove from the oil onto plates and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. 2. In a frying pan, fry the chopped bacon, add the pressed garlic, fry and pour over the fish portions. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with potatoes.
