200 g fish fillets 4 pcs egg salt pepper

1. I fried 400 g fillets in a pan, but I kept half of them for soup 🙂 2. Cover with a blanket so you don’t have to turn the omelette and it will cook faster on the top. 4. Serve as desired with bread, potatoes or Vegetable Recipes. We had cauliflower puree as a side dish.
