Fish mousse – Soufflé de poisson

ingredients

250 g cooked fish meat 2 pcs egg 1,5 dl béchamel sauce to taste butter, ground pepper, salt

procedure

Clean the cooked fish, remove the skin, crush the meat. Add the sauce, season with salt and pepper and heat. Then add the egg yolks, egg white snow. Pour everything into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
