Fish meatballs with soy

ingredients

1 kg fish meat 300 g pre-cooked soy 100 ml milk 3 pcs roll 2 pcs onion 100 g bacon 3 pcs egg 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp marjoram 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp vegeta 2 cloves garlic to taste salt a little breadcrumbs a little oil for frying

procedure

1. Put the diced rolls in a bowl and pour lukewarm milk over them. Let them soak up the milk and then wring them out. Clean the fish, stew it a little and grind it in a meat grinder. 2. Grind the rolls, soy and garlic cloves in a meat grinder. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in hot oil. Stir the mixture into the minced meat, add the eggs and season with salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram and veggies. 3. With wet hands, form meatballs from the mixture and fry them in the pan in hot oil on both sides.
