1. Grease a baking dish with butter. Wash the fish slices, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the chopped parsley, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, cream, salt, pepper and eggs in a bowl. 2. Place the fish in a baking dish, brush them with the seasoned breadcrumbs, put slices of butter on them and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C.
