procedure

1. 2. Stir the chopped hard-boiled eggs, parsley, lemon juice and chopped capers into the butter. Make a mound and chill in the fridge. 3. When cooled, place on the unfolded fish, roll up like a cigarette and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry like a schnitzel. 4. Garnish with potatoes, tartar sauce or fresh salad.
