2000 g cod 300 g butter 50 g parsley 200 g onion 300 g tomato puree 10 pcs red pepper 1 litre water 4 g salt
procedure
1. Cut the cleaned fish into 3-4 pieces per portion. Place finely chopped onion and parsley on the fish, season with salt. 2. Then sprinkle with finely chopped paprika, add butter. 3. Dilute the tomato puree with water and pour over the prepared fish. 4. Bake covered in the oven for about 25 min. Serve potatoes or bread as a side dish.
