600 g fish fillets 50 g butter 60 g onion 100 g peas to taste salt a little bay leaf 2,5 dl sour cream 30 g plain flour
procedure
1. Cut the fish fillets into cubes. Melt the butter, add the finely chopped onion, peas, salt, bay leaf and simmer everything together, covered. 2. Then add the chopped fillets, cover with hot water and simmer covered until tender. 3. Stir the flour into the sour cream, pour over the smothered fish and leave to simmer. 4. Serve with gnocchi or steamed rice.
