Fish fillet with cheese
ingredients
400 g fillets 100 g hard cheese 50 g plain flour 2 pcs egg a little sunflower oil

1.
Wash the fillets, cut into slices and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Then roll them progressively in flour and in beaten egg with grated cheese.
3.
Fry the fillets in hot oil on both sides. They can be served with potatoes or vegetable salad.
