700 g fish fillets 10 g plain flour 1 pk onion 80 g lard a little ground red pepper a little ground black pepper to taste salt
procedure
1. Cut the fillets, add salt, dust with flour and put them on the chopped onion fried in lard, to which we have added red pepper. 2. Season with pepper, cover with water and simmer. Serve with boiled potatoes.
