Fish curry in coconut milk

Baked pieces of white fish stewed in fish broth and coconut milk.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 600 g of white fish fillets 400 ml coconut milk 200 ml fish stock 1 pk onions 1 pk garlic cloves /td> 4 tbsp curry spices 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp soy sauce fresh coriander ground white pepper chilli seasoning salt juice of 1 lime

Procedure:

1. Clean the fish thoroughly, rinse, drain thoroughly, then cut the fillets into smaller cubes
2. Chop the peeled onion and garlic finely, let them fry in hot oil
3. Add the cubes of meat, sprinkle them with curry spices, gently mix and fry everything briefly
4. After a while, cover the dish with soy sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice, simmer until tender
6. Finally, season the fish curry with chopped fresh coriander and chilli spices.

Recommendation:

Serve rice or rice noodles with fish curry.
