Fish Curry

Machhli curry is the original name of the recipe from Indian cuisine for portions of fish steamed together with Vegetable Recipes.

Procedure:
1. Salt the individual portions of fish, peel and chop the tomatoes
2. Fry finely chopped onion in butter, add tomatoes, garlic grated with ginger, season with nutmeg and cinnamon, add salt
3. Simmer until the tomatoes soften, then add the fish portions to the mixture, cover lightly with water and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes until the cod is tender.
Recommendation:
Serve with steamed or boiled rice.
