Fish cooked in parchment
ingredients
1500 g fish fillets 150 g carrots 100 g onions 150 g butter 1 pk lemon to taste salt to taste pepper 1 pk bay leaf a little parsley
procedure
1. Cut the fish into pieces, cover with salted water for 5 min, then remove and drain. 2. Place the fillets on buttered parchment paper, place the grated carrot and onion on top of the fillets, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and bay leaves. 3. Then wrap the paper and tie with thread, place in a pot filled 3/4 full with boiling water and cook for 15-20 min over medium heat. 4. Remove the cooked fish from the paper, place on a heated platter and serve. Serve boiled potatoes, slathered with butter and fresh fermented cucumbers with the fish.
