Fish chorba with milk

Cooked fish meat with Vegetable Recipes, covered with milk and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 250 g of cleaned fish 30 g butter 2 dl milk 1 pc small onion one piece of carrot one piece of celery piece of parsley 1 tsp tomato puree 1 tsp smooth flour parsley lemon juice salt

Procedure:

1. Pour boiling water over the fish
2. Add cleaned, diced onion and root Vegetable Recipes, salt 3. Boil until tender and then strain the broth 4. In hot butter, fry the plain flour, tomato paste, pour in milk stir well and boil
5. After a while, dilute the stock with the broth from the fish meat and Vegetable Recipes and boil briefly
6. Towards the end of the boil, add the Vegetable Recipes, boneless and diced fish meat, finely chopped parsley and acidify with lemon juice.
