Fish Burgers with Dressing

Grilled fish fillets served in ciabatta with chilli dressing, salad and cucumber.

Ingredients:

4 pcs seafood fillets 4 pcs of ciabatta 4 pcs lettuce leaves 1 pc of cucumber For the marinade: 2 tsp hot chili sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 pcs garlic cloves ground pepper salt For the chili dressing: 280 g of thick white yogurt 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest 1 pcs long green chillies a few drops of olive oil (optional)

Procedure:

1. First, make the dressing. In a bowl mix the peeled, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and rub the marinade over the fish fillets
3. Then grill the fish fillets for 4 minutes on each side
4. Cut the ciabattas, brush the bottom parts with chilli dressing, top with a lettuce leaf, a few slices of cucumber and place the fish on top of the Vegetable Recipes, cover with the top part and serve immediately.
