Fish broth

ingredients

500 g fish 1,25 liters water 2 pcs whole black pepper 2 pcs whole allspice 1/2 KL salt 100 g root Vegetable Recipes

procedure

Cover the meat with cold water, add black and allspice, salt and let it boil. Reduce the heat and cook over a low heat for about 30 min. Add the Vegetable Recipes and cook for about 1/2 hour more.

Strain the broth so that no bones remain in it. Use it as a base for fish soups or in sauces.
