Fish Broth

Basic fish broth suitable as a semi-finished product for further use.

Ingredients:

1 piece of cod, salmon or other fish head and fish trimmings, skin and bones 1 pcs of carrots 1 pcs of bouquet garni or 2 pcs of bay leaves 1-2 pcs celery stalks 1-2 pcs onions 1 tsp lemon juice water

Procedure:

1. Place the washed fish head and trimmings, skin and bones in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil
2. Remove the foam with a slotted spoon, add the cleaned and chopped Vegetable Recipes, season
3. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes
4. Strain the broth and let cool
5. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

Recommendation:

Fish broth can also be frozen, then it will last longer.
