1500 g cod 500 g onion 500 g pickled cucumber 200 g tomato puree 100 g butter 200 g olives a little lemon to taste salt to taste pepper a little bay leaf 200 g capers

procedure

1. First, prepare a clear fish stock, to which add the sliced onion, pureed with tomato puree, sliced cucumber and 2-3 pieces of raw cod and cook everything for 13 to 15 min. 2. Then add salt, pepper, bay leaf, capers and let simmer for 1 to 3 min. Add the olives without the stones. 3. When serving the brine, place a lemon wheel on top.
