Fish aspic

ingredients

400 g carp or catfish 100 g mixed root Vegetable Recipes to taste salt, vinegar, black pepper, bay leaf, aspic, lemon, water, parsley

step

Cut the fish into pieces and cook in salted water with vinegar, chopped Vegetable Recipes, bay leaf and peppercorns. Once cooked, put it into moulds, add the sliced lemon, cooked Vegetable Recipes, cover with lukewarm aspic and leave to set. Garnish with parsley leaves.
