Fish and chips recipe
Ingredients
4 servings For potatoes: 1 kg potatoes salt for seasoning oil for frying Fish: salt for seasoning 300 ml of water or chilled black beer 250 g of plain flour 1 pk. 1 Rinse the fish, remove the skin and remove the bones. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Cut into uniform slices. Whisk together flour, eggs and water or beer to make a thin batter. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper, roll them in the batter and fry them in a deep frying pan for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
