Fire in bread sauce

Beef fire cooked in salt water with root Vegetable Recipes, served with bread sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the beef tail, chop it into even pieces and cook it in salted water with the addition of root Vegetable Recipes and half an onion until tender
2. Then put the butter in a pot and put the sliced bread crusts on top, frying them on all sides until red
3. Pour the unchopped half of the onion, all the spices except marjoram on the crusts and let them froth with the bread
4. Pour the broth from the fire over everything and cook until the bread is cooked
5. Finally, season the sauce with salt, marjoram and a teaspoon of fresh butter, do not boil again.
Recommendation:
Serve this dish with boiled potatoes.
