Fine linzer pastry
ingredients
250 g margarine 1 pk egg 375 g plain flour 125 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar lemon zest jam

Tasty fine traditional pastry

First, put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Add the grated zest of 1/2 lemon, egg and margarine. Using your hands, work the dough.

Cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and preheat the oven to 170 C.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface as it sticks a little. We need a thickness of 3-4 mm. Cut out and bake the cookies for 10-13 min. ( depending on the oven) . When the bottom of the cookies , catches the color, they are done. Be careful not to let them brown and burn.

After cooling, stick with jam and sprinkle with sugar
