Fine Durian Dumpling

The dumplings prepared in this way are most often served with roasted, stewed or boiled meat. Recipe from Germany.

Ingredients:

300 g of potatoes cooked in their skins 200 g of raw potatoes 4 tablespoons salt 3 tbsp coarse flour 1 piece of jam (bulky, rolled) 1 piece of egg salt salted water to cook dumplings

Procedure:

1. Grate the peeled raw potatoes finely and remove all the water
2. Add the sliced bun, the grated potatoes cooked in the skin (cold), the egg, flour, solamyl and salt, work into a dough and form round dumplings about 8 centimetres in diameter
