ingredients
2 pcs hard-boiled egg 300 g soft curd 50 g butter to taste full-fat mustard to taste anchovy paste to taste salt
procedure

Press the hard-boiled eggs and mix with the cottage cheese and butter. Add mustard and anchovy paste to taste and beat until frothy. Season with salt to taste.
