Fish fillets sautéed in butter and oil, served with Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms sautéed in pan fat. Another side dish in this case is mashed potatoes.

For mashed potatoes: |

Procedure:
Let the fillets thaw, pat dry carefully with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and spices, drizzle with lemon juice
Fry in hot fat (oil and butter) on both sides, about 5 minutes on each side
.Remove the fried fish portions from the pan, throw the cleaned Vegetable Recipes cut into pieces and sliced mushrooms into the broth, season everything with salt and pepper and simmer for a while, stirring the mixture in the pan occasionally
Serve the fillets with mashed potatoes and steamed Vegetable Recipes.
Preparation of mashed potatoes:
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into quarters, pour hot salted water over them and boil until tender
Rinse the water, mash the potatoes and mix well
Mix the potatoes well./li>
Leave the mashed potatoes on a low heat and stir in the butter and hot milk
Mash the mashed potatoes until smooth and season with salt if necessary.
