Fillets baked in foil

ingredients

400 g fish fillets 40 g tomato puree 4 tbsp oil salt ground black pepper

procedure

Fish fillets do not have to be just fried.

Raw ingredients.

Mix the puree, oil, salt and pepper and dip each fillet into the mixture.

Wrap in foil.

I wrapped each piece separately because we didn’t eat together. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 deg. C.

Check. The meat is cooked, full of juices in the foil.
