Filet mignon with cream of mushroom sauce recipe

Here is the recipe for filet mignon with mushroom cream, a tasty dish with a creamy sauce, very simple to make and perfect for a light meal. Dish to accompany with sautéed Vegetable Recipes, rice or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 2 SP – Purple 1 filet mignon ( 500 g ) 100 g mushrooms 1 onion 100 g light fresh cream 5% mg 200 ml water 2 teaspoon mustard 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon cornstarch Salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan heat the live oil then fry the minced onion for 3 minutes.
Add the fillets and brown them on all sides for a few minutes. Then remove the meat then add the water, cream, cornstarch and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper then stir and return the meat and let it cook over low heat while stirring.
Serve the filet mignon with mushroom cream with sautéed Vegetable Recipes and cooked rice.
