Filet mignon with chorizo sauce with Thermomix
Here is the recipe for filet mignon with chorizo sauce with Thermomix, a good easy and simple dish to make in the varoma and topped with a smooth and creamy chorizo sauce.
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin 80 g chorizo 100 g white wine 150 g milk 1 garlic clove 1 onion 1/2 beef stock cube 1 teaspoon tomato paste 2 teaspoons cornstarch 200 g fresh cream butter salt, pepper.
Preparation:
Start by melting a knob of butter in a frying pan then brown the filet mignon.
Put the peeled onion and garlic in the bowl then blend for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add the sliced chorizo then set 6 minutes at 100° on speed 2.
Add the white wine, the beef stock cube, the tomato paste, the milk and the cornstarch and then the filet mignon in the varoma and set 25 minutes varoma at speed 3.
At the buzzer remove the varoma and add in the bowl the fresh cream then set 5 minutes at 100° at speed 3.
Then mix the sauce 40 seconds at speed 8 then serve the filet mignon with the sauce.
