Fig balls

ingredients

300 g Dried figs 150 g biscuits ground 2 tbsp sugar 100 g ground poppy rum flavouring 2 tbsp cocoa powder 50 g candied lemon and orange peel coconut for coating

Must be unbaked.

1.

Cut the figs into smaller pieces, cover with water , add a little sugar and boil them until tender. Let cool.

Add crushed biscuits or leftovers(scraps) from cakes, candied crust, ground poppy seeds, rum flavouring,cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly.

Let the ingredients combine. Then form into balls with your hands and place in decorative cupcake tins.
