Fiber cake from sour milk

ingredients

700 ml sour milk 3 cups semi-coarse flour 2 cups sugar 1 pk vanilla sugar 1/2 cup oil 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cocoa

Cream

120 g butter 150 g powdered sugar 2 tsp cocoa 1 tbsp hot water

Old family recipe. Unfortunately, nowadays bought milk does not sour…

Raw ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients and pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

While still warm, brush with any jam and once cooled, spread the cream. Prepare the cream by mixing the above ingredients, you can also add a little rum.

Sprinkle with e.g. coconut and cut.
