Festive Vegetable Pie

Christmas is a holiday when the whole family comes together. Surprise your guests with a delicious vegetable pie that tastes great hot or cold instead of greasy sandwiches with mayonnaise spread.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the edges of the cake tin with oil, line the base with baking paper and drizzle with a little oil as well.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion, mushrooms and courgette over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, in a large bowl, mix the processed cheese, eggs, cream, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
