500 g beef front meat 4 pcs beef spike bones 5 liters cold water 6 pcs carrots 3 pcs parsley 1/2 pcs kohlrabi 1/2 pcs kohlrabi 1/2 pcs celery 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 7 pcs whole black pepper 4 pcs allspice 3 tsp salt

The secret of the recipe lies in the cooking method and of course it has to be prepared with grandma’s love 🙂

1. A must for this recipe is to use a pressure cooker. 2. Pour cold water into the pressure cooker. 3. Add the beef bones and beef. 4. Remove the accumulated foam. 5. Add the cleaned and chopped Vegetable Recipes – carrots, kohlrabi, celery, parsley, onion and garlic. 6. Also add spices – whole black pepper, allspice and salt. 7. Then close the pressure cooker and cook for 45 minutes. 9. Serve. Tastes delicious sprinkled with fresh parsley.
